Hi, I’m Jill. I am a fitness and lifestyle coach
30 years in the music profession as a high-level performer and educator had taken its toll on my life. I felt tired, stressed, de-motivated and unable to prioritise my family or manage the work/life balance anymore. I needed to make a change.
I want to share my passion for fitness with other ladies and help them to live their best lives ever.

My workouts presented live into your front room though Zoom two-way video technology. Three, 40 minute, interactive Zoom sessions a week gives you the freedom to exercise where and when you choose. All my classes are recorded so you can catch up or repeat when it suits you. When you're really pushed for time my 10 minute bite-size HIIT videos will keep you on track, especially if you use them to kick-start your day!
One simple subscription of £30 per month gives you access to all my online classes and content.

The monthly subscription is affordable for everyone and if you have a busy day Jill even posts the sessions to the group so you can choose as and when to exercise to suit your busy schedule.

The frequency of personal training sessions are tailored to suit your circumstances and needs.
Every new client receives a free, one-hour health and fitness assessment session.
One hour session: £45
Subscription: £130 per month for one, hourly session a week.
Custom subscription packages also available.
